What is the F-list? |
|
|
The F-list is a fashion information portal and online community for fashion lovers in Canada. You can find information on Canadian designers, shops, stores and boutiques, find sale and fashion event information and more. Stay in touch with the Canadian fashion scene through our monthly newsletter, The F Word. |

What is Divine Lab, Inc.? |
|
|
Divine Lab, Inc. is a consulting firm founded by Leesa Butler, a fashionista with years of experience in online branding and marketing and events. The F-list was created as a vehicle to promote fashion in Canada. Leesa is the Executive Producer of the portal. |

Is the F-list just for women? |
|
|
Not at all! The F-list is for anyone and everyone who is interested in Canadian fashion. |

How is the F-list affiliated with the L'Oreal Fashion Week? |

The F-list is a proud supporter of L'Oreal Fashion Week and the Fashion Design Council of Canada. We are the exclusive vendor of consumer (public) passes to the event. |

How do I become a member of the F-list? |
|
|
Registration is easy! From the home page select "Yes, Sign Me Up!" and complete a personal profile and survey. Membership is now 100% free. |

I work in the fashion industry; can I join the F-list? |
|
|
Of course! Professionals - and those wishing to become working professionals - in the fashion industry are encouraged to become F-list members. |

I forgot my password - how can I get it? |
|
|
From the home page you may request your password through the Forgot My Password link. Just enter your email address and submit. We will send you an email with your password.
If you are still having difficulty please email info@f-list.ca with LOST PASSWORD in the subject line. |

How do I change my email address? |
|
|
After you log into your account, your main account page will have a link on the left side that says "Change Profile." Click that link to view your personal profile, including email address. Simply enter your new address and submit! |

Why do you ask for my home address? |
|
|
Sometimes we feature contests or offers that require your home address to ship items you request or win. We keep this information on file for this purpose only. Whenever you request something that requires your home address, you will have the option of updating or changing it. |

Why do you ask for my birth date? |
|
|
The F-list is for persons over the age of 18. |
|
|

Not that I would want to, but can I cancel my account? |
|
|
We don't know why you would want to either! But yes, you can cancel your account by sending an email to info@f-list.ca from the email address you used to create your account. Please note CANCEL ACCOUNT in the subject line. We will send you one confirmation email upon cancellation. |

How do I subscribe to your newsletters? |
|
|
Upon registering, you will be automatically subscribed to our featured newsletter - the F Word. This will highlight current offers on the f-list and recent changes to our site. We'll also profile fashionable folks in our Faces of Fashion section.
Sometimes we'll also send emails to members who have opted in to receive emails from the f-list on behalf of sponsors or designers. You can subscribe to these upon registration or by changing your preferences in your Profile. |

I get too much email already. How do I unsubscribe? |
|
|
You can unsubscribe to our newsletters by changing your preferences in your Profile or by following the unsubsribe directions at the bottom of a each F Word newsletter. |

Sometimes I get emails from the F-list about my account. What are these? |
|
|
If you perform a function on our site - like enter a contest, purchase event tickets, or change your email address - we will send you an email to confirm this action. This is a security measure so that you are aware of changes to your account and can follow-up as necessary. |

How does a designer get a profile on the F-list? |
|
|
An F-list profile is free and promotes your label to thousands of interested fashion consumers. Many of the designers on the F-list have shown at L'Oreal Fashion Week but it is not a requirement. Designers interested in having an F-list profile should contact designer@f-list.ca for criteria and information. |

Can I suggest a designer? |
|
|
Absolutely! You can suggest a designer by emailing designer@f-list.ca. Please include any information you have on the label. All suggestions are carefully considered. |

How do I contact a designer on the F-list for more information? |
|
|
Most designers have a web site address listed on their page. You can view their web site and get their contact information there. |
|

I'm a designer with a profile on the F-list. I need to update my information. What should I do? |

Does the F-list only cover Toronto's fashion scene? |
|
|
It's true that the F-list is based in Toronto. We attempt to include sales and event listings for cities nationwide whenever possible, but we rely on others to provide this information. If you live outside the Toronto area and are interested in becoming a local ambassador for your area, please contact info@f-list.ca.
We plan to expand our news and event coverage to other major Canadian cities soon, so keep your eyes and ears open! We may be coming to your city before you know it! |

I have a store that is having a sale soon - how much does it cost to post on the F-list? |
|
|
Sale listings are currently free on the F-list. However, it is our policy to only promote sales for Canadian labels and designers. Send sale information including sale start and end dates, details and store locations to shop@f-list.ca. We will contact you with any additional information we might need. Sale postings should be received at least 10 days prior to the sale start date. |

Can I suggest a fashion related event to post on the F-list? |
|
|
Absolutely! Again, please note the F-list specifically supports Canadian fashion and design events, please make sure your event is a fit before contacting us. You can suggest an event by emailing events@f-list.ca. Please include as much information as possible including a contact's name, phone number and email address. We will contact you regarding any additional information needed to post your event. |

Currently we do not accept traditional banner advertising on the F-list. However, there are opportunities for advertising via our monthly newsletter, The F Word. The F-list occasionally hosts fashion events with sponsorship opportunities. Contact info@f-list.ca for advertising rate card and details. |

We take e-commerce very seriously!
Payment for items purchased on The F-list is taken through our PayPal via Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Your credit card information is never kept or exposed, even to us. PayPal promises 100% protection from unauthorized payments. |
