The F-list has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy. Use of this site
This site is not designed or intended to attract persons under the age of 18. We do not collect personal information from any person we actually know is under the age of 18. By using this site, you acknowledge that you are 18 years or older.
As a member of the F-list, you agree to receive emails specific to your account and/or its activity. These will not be promotional emails, and are necessary to confirm any changes to your account. Such examples include but are not limited to emails that may be sent to remind you of your password or confirm a purchases or a contest entry.
Information we gather or track
Information on general usage and any optional personal details you provide to us will be used to provide you with enhanced features such as customized content, access to special sections on our web sites and so on.
The following are details of the information we collect:
The F-list collects data through registration from our members. Additionally, usage information may be analyzed so that we can judge our system's performance or to determine whether we should offer customizable features in the future. The F-list uses PayPal for all sales transactions. PayPal guarantees that your credit card information is completely secure, for information on PayPal’s security systems click here. Credit card information used for payment of items sold on the F-list is not saved. You will be asked to re-enter credit card information each time for each separate purchase on the F-list.
At the time of registration, you will automatically be opted in to receive the F Word newsletter. You may choose to unsubscribe upon receiving a newsletter by following the unsubscribe directions within the email.
At the time of registration, you will be asked whether you want to receive information or offers from designers or sponsors of the F-list. If you so elect, we will add you to our newsletter list, and we may use this information to send you promotional notices about the F-list, information about upcoming offers or events, to request your participation in surveys, and the like. We may also elect to send you offers on behalf of sponsors, advertisers and designers.
Surveys may ask for contact information or unique identifying information to increase the value of the results. Contests may require contact information or other demographic/personal information in order to determine your eligibility.
If you select an offer from the F-list that will be redeemed or fulfilled by a third party we will share any and all necessary information with such party. Access to your personal information by these companies is limited to the information reasonably necessary in order for them to perform such functions. These companies are allowed to use your personal information only to deliver the product or service, unless you have specifically selected to be contacted by them via an opt-in on the F-list site.

Our site uses a subscription form for customers to request subscriptions. We collect visitor's contact information (like their email address). Contact information from the order form is only used to send the F-list email newsletter. The customer's contact information is also used to get in touch with the visitor when necessary. Users may opt-out of receiving the newsletter at any given them.
